No. It's a loose, relaxed cut. Sizes follow US women's sizing: S = 4, M = 6, L = 8–10, XL = 12, 2XL = 14, 3XL = 16. Pick your usual size, or compare your chest to the sizing chart.
A bigger hoodie doesn't mean a bigger pouch, so check your pet's fit too.
