Refund policy: our lifetime guarantee

If you're not happy with your SnugglePouch for any reason, at any time, we'll refund you completely. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

Email us at snugglepouch@proton.me with your order number. We refund the full amount you paid, including shipping, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Do I need to send it back?

Only if we ask. If we do, we'll send you a prepaid return label, so it costs you nothing.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or color? Email us and we'll help you swap it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Bundle orders

Our guarantee covers every hoodie in a bundle. If you're unhappy with part of a bundle, we refund the price you paid for that hoodie after the bundle discount.
